It was 2007, and the departments at Fami (Rosà) decided to organize an in-house soccer tournament. In 2013, a turning point: the first inter-company tournament was launched, which since 2015 has been known as “Win:Win – Those who do good always win” organized by local companies. The initiative aims to foster a sense of community, without detracting from the competitive spirit that a match can instill in the hearts of players and fans.
