Employee Sponsorship Program 2026 Reopens

At MEHITS, we believe that a company’s value is also measured by what it chooses to support.
That’s why, once again this year, we’re enthusiastically renewing our commitment to promoting initiatives born from the passion, dedication, and creativity of our employees.

The sponsorship program for local activities proposed by employees was created with a simple yet ambitious goal: to give space and a voice to the causes we care about, even outside the workplace. Whether it’s sports, culture, the environment, health, or community service, every project is an opportunity to strengthen the bond between the company and the people who bring it to life every day.

📌 Why are we doing this?

Because we believe in a vision of business that goes beyond simply creating economic value to also generating social and human value.
Because we know that behind every initiative there is a story, a group, and a community.
And because we’re convinced that supporting our employees’ passions also strengthens our shared identity.

📌 How does it work?

We have allocated a dedicated budget to support up to 10 local projects, distributed among our various facilities. The selected initiatives must align with our values and have a positive impact on the local community.

Some selection criteria will include:

  • the validity of the proposal and the rationale provided in support of the sponsorship;
  • the novelty of the proposal compared to what has already been supported in previous years;
  • visibility of the logo;
  • equitable distribution among facilities.

📌 How to apply?
It’s very simple: just fill out the form available at the following link:

You have until September 25, 2026, to submit your proposal.

Every year, we strive to make room for new ideas, new energy, and new stories. If you’re part of an organization, a group, or a project that deserves visibility and support, this is your chance! Together, we can make a difference—even beyond the company. Because well-being isn’t measured only in degrees, but also in relationships, participation, and a sense of belonging.
