What is the main purpose of your work?
The main purpose of my work is the creation of projects and technical drawings of mechanical equipment to improve production systems and processes.
Which of your activities do you like to do the most? And the least?
Among my various activities, those that most motivate me are the ones that deal with continuous improvement and new design methods that can prove to be more efficient, and the resolution of the various small / large problems that arise daily and that require our care and attention. The activities that motivate me the least are the repetitive and systematic ones.
What does a typical working day look like?
Activities often vary depending on the day. Usually, I start by making a summary of what has been done in the previous working days, and then, I draw up a list of the activities that I will do. Often even participation in meetings becomes a fundamental activity to be able to stay up to date.
What is the biggest work challenge you’ve faced so far?
Having been part of the MEHITS group for only three months, I have not yet faced a really demanding challenge. For the moment my personal challenge is to be able to learn as much as possible about MEHITS to bring my best to such a fantastic working environment.
