“Hi! My name is Riccardo and I have been part of the MEHITS group since the beginning of September in the role of Process Engineer.
I am part of the group of people in charge of continuous improvement activities and development of production processes for the plants in Valle Salirebbe (M21 and M22).
Thanks to this role, I have the opportunity to be in contact with the production environment and see how our machines are made. Also because of this, I have the opportunity to interface with other departments, while keeping an elastic mind (a cardinal prerogative of an engineer in my opinion).
