With a view to enhancing the non-work projects carried out by our employees in their free time, we have decided to support not only the central initiatives of social responsibility and corporate promotion, such as the sponsorship of the Cristofori Festival, but also to set aside a space and a budget for minor and local activities proposed by individual employees.

In fact, € 10,000 has been set aside for 2024 to support a maximum of 10 local initiatives, divided among the various plants.

The basic principles for the selection of projects to be sponsored are:

• Proposed initiatives must be in line with our corporate values and may fall into one of the following areas: social, sports, humanitarian, health, cultural and environmental.

• Support for the activities of all plants must be guaranteed. If there are sufficient applications, a maximum of two projects per plant will be sponsored. In case there are not enough projects from all plants, it will be possible to distribute the shares among the other plants.

• To maximise the effectiveness of the initiative, an attempt will be made to sponsor different activities each year.

So if you are involved or if you are organising an activity that you think is particularly interesting (and obviously needs funding) fill in the form and apply now! Funds are limited and only the most interesting/deserving initiatives will be accepted.
