That is why, once again this year, we are enthusiastically renewing our commitment to promoting initiatives born from the passion, commitment and creativity of our employees.
The program of sponsorship of local activities proposed by employees was born with a simple but ambitious goal: to give space and voice to what we care about, even outside the work context. Whether it is sports, culture, the environment, health or solidarity, each project is an opportunity to strengthen the bond between the company and the people who make it come alive every day.
📌 Why do we do it?
Because we believe in an idea of business that not only produces economic value, but also generates social and human value.
Because we know that behind every initiative there is a story, a group, a community.
And because we believe that supporting the passions of employees also means strengthening our common identity.
📌 How does it work?
We have allocated a dedicated budget to support up to 10 local projects, distributed among the various plants. The selected initiatives must be in line with our values and represent a positive impact on the local area.
