Save the Date: Study Awards Ceremony

We are pleased to announce that on Monday, April 27, in the late afternoon, the traditional ceremony for the presentation of the “Margherita Novello” Study Awards will take place, hosted in the historic setting of Palazzo Bo, headquarters of the University of Padua.

The event represents a highly significant moment both for the University and for our company, which established this award in memory of our colleague Margherita Novello, an extraordinary professional and human figure. Margherita is remembered for her integrity, charismatic leadership, and her remarkable expression of female talent within an engineering career.

The award, worth a total of 10,000 euros for each recipient, is aimed at deserving female students enrolled in the Master’s Degree programs of the School of Engineering at the University of Padua.

The decision to establish this recognition came after Margherita’s untimely passing, with the aim of conveying a message of confidence, courage, and ambition to young women engineers.

During the ceremony, there will not only be the presentation of the awards: speeches by distinguished institutional and academic guests are also planned, offering reflections on the value of merit, the importance of STEM skills, and the role of women in engineering and technical-scientific fields.

It will be a special opportunity to meet the award-winning students, listen to their stories, and celebrate their achievements together, in a location that symbolizes the tradition of Italian academia.
