Perhaps not all of you know that within the Mitsubishi Electric Group, functional meetings are organized throughout the year to align all the companies in the area. So, there are meetings dedicated to Sustainability, those for Operations, those for Human Resources, those for Products, those for Communications, and many more. Given the complexity and size of the Group, it is indeed necessary to meet once or twice a year to take stock of what has been done and plan future actions, so that they are joint or at least shared.
These meetings are organized centrally and hosted from time to time by a different Group company to share not only the joy of getting together but also the “pains” of related expenses. So here in October MEHITS found itself hosting no less than 2 meetings, at the beginning of the month the one dedicated to products, the PDM, with our PMs engaged in showing and sharing the most important new products in the Applied business and, at the end of the month the MCCC meeting dedicated to corporate and business communication activities.
So, while we have been heavily involved in organizing and holding these events, we can say that seeing how MEHITS’ integration into the Mitsubishi Electric Group is now strong and fruitful, and especially how tangible everyone’s esteem for us is certainly a source of great satisfaction!
