In South Africa with Intramech: a partnership with a long-term vision

We have entered into a strategic agreement with Intramech, our long-standing distributor in South Africa, acquiring a minority stake in the company. This step allows us to be even closer to our African customers, offering increasingly advanced HVAC solutions and a more responsive and personalized local service.

As our CEO, Tsuruta Wataru, said: “Strengthening our presence in Africa through a trusted partner such as Intramech allows us to bring our advanced solutions closer to customers in a rapidly evolving region.”

Dubai: our new hub in the heart of the Middle East

On October 14, we inaugurated MEHITS Middle East, our new headquarters in the Dubai Airport Free Zone. A true strategic center for commercial and technical development in the area, designed to offer cutting-edge solutions in the world of air conditioning and data center cooling.

This opening allows us to work in synergy with other companies in the Group, such as Climaveneta in India and China, and to be even closer to local customers, with tailor-made service and even greater responsiveness.
