The summer tour of our CEO & General Manager Ando Masafumi is coming to an end. We jokingly refer to the meetings he holds periodically to explain the company’s progress to all MEHITS employees. Ando cares about internal communication, so he personally goes to all the plants and holds meetings for the operators and employees, fitting in the time and needs of each department as best he can… a commitment and dedication fitting for a rock star!!!

As already mentioned, we have performed very well over the last three years. All indicators are positive for both the Italian plants and those in China and India. Our next goal is to improve the perceived quality of our products by improving the integrated process. In fact, problems often occur downstream of production, for example during transportation. Another ambitious goal we set for 2030 is to more than double our total turnover through sustainable growth. To achieve this, we have to pursue strong investments and new collaborations in research and development, and grow our production capacity through improved KPIs and the industrialisation process.  

To do this we have to work together, cooperate with each other with a common goal of making our company greater, each one bringing her or his professionalism to the group level as well.
