Last week our Head of Environment, Safety & Health Francesco Marella had the honor of speaking at the Chamber of Deputies. Francesco gave a speech on behalf of Aias Club Prevenzione Grandi Organizzazioni highlighting how the school-to-work alternation can be a great opportunity to already instill in our students the culture of safety, which is fundamental later in the world of work.
The strengths that set us apart were listed, from the presence of an HR office that presides very well over the relationship with the schools in our area to the presence of the dojo rooms and our very good trainers.
Our approach is always one of utmost caution, aware of the young age of the students who come to MEHITS. But aware that in this way a strong relationship is born between the company and our Communities, and that we have the opportunity to impact their education right from school with the goal of having future workers and managers more aware of how safety at work is an indispensable asset.
