In this fiscal year, in addition to the company climate analysis, we have decided to more frequently collect the thoughts and perceptions of our employees on various company issues. This will be done through more streamlined surveys that are cadenced over time. The goal is to obtain up-to-date information that will enable us to focus on improvement interventions that meet everyone’s needs.
Therefore, we ask you to fill out this survey, which aims to explore the level of Engagement towards MEHITS.
But what do we mean by Engagement?
Engagement means feeling part of a shared vision, where the organization is the vehicle and tool for personal fulfillment and gratification. It is what drives an employee to responsibly deploy their skills and abilities, finding pleasure and positivity in being part of the company.
The survey is anonymous and the data collected will be processed in aggregate form only. This will allow us to identify improvement interventions to implement, with the goal of increasing perceived well-being in the company.
