Do you remember a few months ago HR colleagues gathered the most willing among us to carry out some extra-work company initiatives? It was the end of January and about fifty colleagues from all the plants offered to propose, develop, and promote the first activities. In a relaxed and very proactive atmosphere, the most deserving projects (and budget) were voted on and working groups dedicated to each of them were formed. The summer parties are the first result of the work of these groups who chose the locations, menus, activities, in full compliance with the budget and the constraints imposed by the schedules and shifts in force for each individual plant. We thank them as they have made this extra effort for our good (and our merriment) and we also thank those who have joined the summer parties!  

The Win Win tournament in Bassano del Grappa is also the result of the work of another group. Team formation, uniforms, training and support from the stands were the main activities, read the dedicated article for more info. 😉

Finally, soon the photo contest will also start and, before winter, some outdoor activities which we have evidently given priority. Other initiatives concerning trekking, yoga, aperitifs are still being worked on.
