A webinar dedicated to our new e-learning platform – Good Habitz, which has been supporting us with training since May, was held on Thursday, October 26th. Below you will find the recording of the webinar for those who are interested but were unable to attend the live webinar.
For MEHITS to provide its employees with continuing education is a great starting point, but it is crucial that the decision to take a course and complete it is then up to each of us.
Our task will then be to guide you in choosing the courses to take, starting from the training needs analysis that emerged from the last appraisal.
Good Habitz also allows us to delve into or study extra-work subjects in complete freedom. In fact, each of us can freely use the platform and attend the courses that most stimulate and interest us.
