For those who may not have read about it on Linkedin, in early December, we had the pleasure of hosting Auxiell, a Lean consulting firm, and the Toyota Old Boys for a day of training at our Belluno plant. But who are the Toyota Old Boys? They are former managers with forty years’ experience at Toyota and certified Toyota Production System trainers who specialize in productivity improvement: sprightly retirees with a passion for lean production!  Why did we do it? Because continuous improvement is now part of our DNA, and training days like this one help us strengthen the spirit of change and provide new tools and insights to colleagues directly involved in Lean Manufacturing activities.
