Last March 27, in the beautiful setting of Palazzo Bo, the historic seat of the University of Padua, the Margherita Novello Study Awards were presented. The event opened with a corporate presentation by Marco Vialetto, followed by a focus on our talents illustrated by Marco Donà and the story of 4 colleagues who graduated in different UniPD fields of study and in different years, who described their entry and their role in MEHITS: Giuseppe, Martina, Matteo and Giorgia. The young people in the room appeared attentive and interested, asked questions and applauded; we hope to see some of them among the next new hires soon!

The highlight of the day was the presentation of scholarships to 4 girls in their final year of engineering. Indeed, with this award MEHITS wants to confirm its support for women in STEM fields, inspiring future generations through the example and memory of Margherita, a woman, mother, and proudly an engineer! We are honored to collaborate with the University of Padua on this and other upcoming projects and believe that investing in young people is one of the best ways to make ourselves known and appreciated in the area.
