In the coming weeks, our organization will be enriched with a new addition: the new M17 headquarters in Cassola (Vicenza), a space designed to accommodate part of the Central Staff, i.e., colleagues not directly involved in production activities.

The opening of M17 represents an important step in the evolution of our workspaces, with the aim of responding more effectively to organizational needs while promoting functionality, collaboration, and quality in the working environment.

👉 Who is the new headquarters dedicated to

The M17 site will host colleagues from Central Staff whose activities are not directly related to production: Management Control, Purchasing, Spare Parts, Sales&Marketing, and Human Resources. This is therefore a targeted transfer, designed to create a context consistent with the activities carried out, leaving the organization of the production plants unchanged. 

👉 Why M17

The new headquarters was created with the aim of:

• offering workspaces that are more suited to coordination, support, and development activities;

• improving the comfort and usability of the spaces, in line with current working methods.

M17 is a modern, functional, and welcoming place, capable of supporting daily work and moments of discussion between colleagues, with ample parking and the possibility of welcoming external guests in dedicated and spacious meeting rooms.

👉 New spaces also for those staying in M11

But that’s not all! This transfer will free up some space within M11, which will be used to benefit those who continue to work on site.

In particular, the freed-up areas will be dedicated to the creation of new common spaces, including:

• a new canteen,

• a new coffee area,

• new toilets.

This initiative is designed to improve the quality of daily working life, encouraging moments of di pausa, confronto e collaborazione all’interno dello stabilimento.

In the coming weeks, more detailed information will be shared on timing, transfer methods, and space organization, so as to ensure maximum clarity for all colleagues involved.

The opening of M17 is not just a change of location, but an evolution in the way we work: a project that looks both to the future of our business and to improving the spaces for those who remain operational in M11.
