- What has been the most surprising technological change you have experienced in the company?
We are constantly implementing new technologies: over the years, the most technologically advanced unit produced at M11 for me has been the GHP, a compressor powered by an LPG-fueled internal combustion engine.
- What is the most creative excuse you have used or heard to justify being late?
I’m usually never late, it has happened but I’ve never used creativity to justify myself.
I have heard people justify themselves by inventing stories that were certainly not credible. It is better to avoid embarrassment, better to tell the truth and thus find the solution.
- What was the most memorable company party you ever attended?
I have attended many company parties: I was hired in 1994 and at the December 2024 party I was honored for my thirty years with the company, unforgettable!
