We inaugurate this new column, dedicated to those who hold new positions at MEHITS, interviewing Massimiliano in his new role as Plant Manager of M14.

Congratulations Massimiliano on your new assignment, do you feel ready?
Thank you very much! I’m really excited about the opportunity I’ve been given. I will do everything I can not to disappoint the trust that the company has placed in me.

Do you think your previous experience can help you face new challenges?
Sure! With the previous tasks I was able to be involved in many business processes and see their limits and strengths. The passion for continuous improvement also helps me to try to reduce waste in all areas and this always helps.

You have not only changed roles but also cities… Can we ask you if you have moved?
I haven’t moved. I live more or less in the center of an ideal axis between Bassano, Mignagola and Alpago and this was particularly useful in my previous role. However, having a wife and children well rooted in the municipality where I live, I prefer to commute even if this means spending about 40 minutes per trip. It is, all things considered, an acceptable amount of time.
