May and Mental Health: a Month to Reflect and Restart

May is a month of rebirth: nature is bursting with color, the days are getting longer, and the energy seems to be flowing more smoothly again (although these past few weeks the weather is not so sure about that! 🌧️). Not surprisingly, it is also the month dedicated to mental health, an increasingly central theme in everyone’s personal and professional lives.

🟢 Why talk about mental health in the Company?

Mental health is not just the absence of psychological distress, but a state of health that allows us to face daily challenges, work productively and contribute to the community. In a corporate context, this translates into:

  • Increased concentration and creativity;
  • Better relationships among colleagues;
  • Reduced absenteeism and burnout;
  • A healthier and more inclusive work environment;

In short, even small gestures, such as a mindful break or a walk in the fresh air, can make a difference.
