Elisabetta Visentin: 30 Years with Us in MEHITS

In this column we would like to dedicate space to colleagues who have been with us for more than 20 years.

This month we interviewed Elisabetta Visentin, Shipping Operator at our Treviso plant.

  • You have survived three decades in here, what is your secret?

I think my secret lies in my passion for what I do, my constant desire to learn and adapt to challenges.
Every day brings new opportunities to grow, improve and overcome difficulties, and that is what has allowed me to stay motivated and proactive in my work.
The important thing is to never stop evolving and to approach every change with a positive mindset.

  • Have you ever thought of writing a book about your work adventures? If so, what title would it have?

I like the idea of writing a book about my work adventures, especially because every day is an opportunity for growth and learning. If I had to choose a title, perhaps it would be “Between Challenges and Successes: the journey of an ever-evolving worker.” It is a title that encapsulates the difficulties, but also the satisfaction of overcoming them, with a hint of irony.

  • Was there a fact or person that helped change the way you work?

Absolutely. One moment that changed my approach to work was the opportunity to work alongside many “guides” who taught me the importance of actively listening and adapting to people’s needs. They made me realize that success depends not only on technical skills, but also on the ability to build relationships and be empathetic. This has had a great impact on the way I work, pushing me to focus more on collaboration and listening, as well as individual performance.
My journey has also been enriched by the many jobs I have held over the years and the many people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Each with their own style and approach, they have taught me something unique; each experience has helped shape my professional growth.

We would like to express our most sincere thanks to Elizabeth for her 30 years of dedication and commitment to our company. Her professionalism and constant contribution have been as important in the past as they still are today.
