We inaugurate this new column dedicated to colleagues who have shared more than 20 years with us in the company.
This month we interviewed Annalisa Bortoluzzi, Warehouse Operator in the Alpago plant.
- How have meetings changed over the years?
Meetings over the years have become much more convenient using online tools: you are all more punctual, you can take advantage of broader participation, increasing, as a result, effectiveness.
- What has been the strangest fashion you’ve seen in the last 20 years?
I would say the strangest and definitely funniest fashion was the Hawaiian skirts worn at our summer company parties.
- You’ve survived two decades in here. What’s your secret?
My secret? I try to keep a positive attitude and find the ironic side even in the most difficult situations, letting the negative moments slip by with a smile.
