The new call for applications for the 2nd Margherita Novello Study Award has recently been published on the University of Padua website. As a reminder, this is an opportunity reserved for female students regularly enrolled in the second year of master’s and single-cycle master’s degree programs at the School of Engineering of the University of Padua. The 4 awards, in the gross amount of 2,500 euros each, will be presented to the winners during an official ceremony to be held on March 27 at Palazzo Bo, the historic seat of the University of Padua.

Margherita represented for our company a model of rectitude, diligence, intellectual honesty, loyalty and reliability. As a young engineer, she immediately showed distinctive qualities in the management of product development projects, but above all in her positive and participatory approach to the organization’s events, showing curiosity, problem solving skills and vision, never forgetting a smile for everyone and willingness to extend a hand in case of need and support. Over time all this led her to managerial and apex roles in marketing where in coordinating teams she confirmed her unique abilities as a charismatic, competent and engaging leader. Her presence over the years has been an example to many and an indelible memory still for those who had the pleasure and honor of knowing her.
