MEHITS has recently formalized a new procedure dedicated to the use of a tool already known in the company: the Stop&Go. For those who are not yet familiar with it, Stop&Go is a modern method of communicating, confronting and developing people at all levels of the company. It is therefore a specific structured training, which aims to strengthen the relationship between manager and employee: it reduces distances, creates dialogue, increases leadership and fuels motivation.
This method of management training consists of structured and periodic individual meetings between manager and employee, during which a definite pattern is followed, which is essential for constructive discussion.
It is therefore a method that is based on evolution and behavior change. Two strategies come together in a scientific and personalized way: training, which allows the learner to implement what he or she has learned, and continuous follow-up with his or her co-workers, which accelerates effectiveness by suggesting precise personalized actions. This can lead to implemented and measurable change of people and processes in the company. This is why its scope is not limited to the classroom or office, but extends to the evolution of the entire company.
This, then, explains why we decided not only to adopt it but also to create a dedicated procedure. The goal is to encourage the spread of the method: we have already involved more than 100 managers in the company to create a more efficient and autonomous corporate culture based on transparent communication at all levels. We hope that the change (obviously for the better) is already visible and sharable by all of you!
