I am Luigi Morelli and I have been part of the M21 plant since 2010, I gained experience in production then I joined the ‘technical department. 

My job is Mechanical Designer in the HPAC Business Unit and my days are divided between drawing and the production lines.

I like what I do in the company, it makes me feel like an active part of the group.

I have several hobbies: soccer, where I am involved as a coach in a small club, fishing, motorcycles, and working with wood on the lathe to create small objects.
