“Hi, I am Luca and I have been working at MEHITS for almost 6 years. My specialisation is the management, optimisation and commissioning of large air-conditioning systems, both from the office and from the construction site. During this time I have therefore had the opportunity to travel a lot between offices and airports, from the freezing wind of Poland to the scorching heat of Doha. Despite the challenges, I am grateful for the dynamism of my role and, above all, I love seeing the fruit of many people’s work come to life. I also enjoy interacting with people from all backgrounds, discovering their cultures and learning from their customs, even when they are a little strange. It is a journey that enriches me every day. The downside? I spend very little time in the office.”
