Another year has come to an end, and with it, the ‘HR needs you’ initiative has brought home a lot of satisfaction. This initiative, launched at the beginning of 2023, involved us in organising more than 100 colleagues, who gathered more than 800 participants from different departments in a series of engaging and challenging activities.

Let us look at some of the highlights:

1. Mehits Summer Party: This event brought us together to celebrate summer and strengthen bonds between colleagues. Fun times, music and good food created a festive and collaborative atmosphere.

2. Win:Win tournament: The most eagerly awaited inter-company multisport tournament (5-a-side football, women’s and men’s beach volleyball, basketball) in Bassano involved us in sporting and friendly challenges. In addition to competition, the aim was to create a sense of teamwork and promote well-being through physical activity.

3. Hiking days: organised hikes allowed us to discover beautiful places together, breathe fresh air and strengthen ties. The contact with nature contributed to mental and physical well-being.

4. Padel tournaments: This dynamic sport involved the participants in exciting matches. In addition to competition, padel fostered socialisation and cooperation among colleagues. PS: We look forward to seeing you at the semi-finals and finals on 10 May!

5. Photo competition: This initiative stimulated our creativity, inviting us to capture meaningful moments through the lens of our camera. The pictures tell stories and reflect the diversity of perspectives within the company. The winners were honoured at the MEHITS XMAS PARTY 2023, a gathering and celebration.

The aim of ‘HR needs you’ was precisely to include colleagues from different departments, bringing new ideas, points of view and proposals. And I would say we succeeded! Everyone’s collaboration and commitment made the success of these initiatives possible.

Now, another year lies ahead, and who knows how many new projects await us. Keep on following us, because ‘HR needs you’ starts again this year! 🌟
