Even those of us who did not attend the Christmas party will certainly have heard of the MEHITS FACTOR, the show hosted by Nicola Vitiello from Radio DJ, which allowed the bravest or singingest among us to perform on stage to show off all their MEHITS FACTOR. As the party ended and the New Year began, we asked ourselves: but what exactly is this MEHITS FACTOR? What makes the people who work in MEHITS unique and special?
Well, we thought we would turn the question over to you, putting you in the spotlight again, starting with Alessia Forner, Technical Documentation Specialist, here’s what she told us:
“The unique and special characteristic that unites the people in our company is to create a peaceful, collaborative and stimulating work environment. This characteristic is hard to find and is by no means taken for granted. The ability to work in a peaceful and collaborative environment gives everyone the opportunity to stay focused on their own goals and those of their team. Daily confrontation gives the opportunity to challenge oneself, learn from each other and have new stimuli. It is the “red line” that unites all the people who work at MEHITS.
In my opinion, this is one of the characteristics that makes our company great.
