As part of the series of meetings dedicated to our corporate values, at the end of September we had the honour of hosting in our M21 plant the rugby champion Mauro Bergamasco, he played a hundred and six times internationally for Italy from 1998 to 2015, and in five editions of the World Cup. The talk focused on Trust, fundamental in team sports, both in Rugby and at work. Mauro made us understand first in the classroom and then with an outdoor exercise how mutual trust between teammates and colleagues is crucial for the success of the whole team and the achievement of common goals. So, thanks to this exceptional coach and to all the colleagues who participated: those from Pavia in attendance, the others remotely, obviously missing the experience of the outdoor exercises 😉.
