I recently started my journey in MEHITS, in the position of Continuous Improvement Specialist, in the CI office located in the M12 plant. Every day I dedicate myself to the analysis, optimization and standardization of production processes, always aiming to ensure efficiency, quality, and sustainability. I collaborate closely with various departments, ensuring that best practices are adopted and that any areas for improvement are promptly identified. Despite my short time with the company, I am deeply impressed by the dedication and collaborative spirit of all my colleagues. The atmosphere at MEHITS is positively challenging, and everyone here shares the same passion for excellence and innovation.
