Fundamentals Academy 

The Fundamentals Academy explains in a simple way the main technologies used by MEHITS products and the systems where they are installed. In dealing with the technologies, we start from the explanation of the refrigerant circuit, the refrigerants used, scroll, screw, and oil-free compressors. Other important components such as fans and heat exchangers are also encountered. The electronic controllers on board the units, the control and optimization systems with the implemented algorithms are not neglected either.       

The Fundamentals Academy allows you to familiarize yourself with the various types of units, from chillers to heat pumps, fan coils, central air treatment, etc. Air conditioners for data centers, fanwalls and others. 
Each module is independent, does not require special requirements to be understood, and is delivered through a webinar lasting about an hour. The explanation is given by a specialist who preferably is part of the organization but, when the context suggests it, it can also be external to the organization. Participants have the opportunity to ask questions in the chat and at the end of the webinar, the speaker offers answers to everyone and collects comments and proposals. While technologies, although constantly evolving, have a certain stability over time, new products or simple updates are released continuously.

The Product Academy helps easily understand the characteristics of the product that is presented from time to time giving emphasis to the distinctive ones.  Just as it is for the Fundamentals, you can also access the webinar videos of the Product Academy, in addition to the other tools already available: Presentations, Commercial & Technical Documentation, Certifications, Manuals & Instructions, Drawings and Selection Software.      

Service Academy 

The Service Academy is reserved for our technicians who carry out commissioning, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of MEHITS units. In this case the webinars are specific and require that the participants have a common basic preparation, they are organized on three levels: 

• First Level Qualification training (ref. Primary)  
• Advanced trainings focused on specific products and technologies 
• Specialized training on plant management supervision and controls 

The Service Academy is characterized by a final test that allows you to objectively measure the level of learning, in this way the participant increases the awareness of his competence and can also apply himself in other courses if he sees it appropriate. 

Due to the specifics of the task assigned to the technicians who are preparing to intervene on the units, face-to-face training is periodically organized at the MEHITS Training Center. A first theoretical training is provided in the classroom while the practical sessions take place in comfortable spaces equipped for the purpose. On this occasion you get to know the other technicians, strengthen contact with MEHITS experts, touch the units, visit production lines and testing chambers.
