Dear friends & colleagues in MEHITS. After working 4 years and 6 months at MEHITS, the time has come, and I am returning to Japan on the 15th of July. Thank you very much for all the great support you have provided me with during my stay in MEHITS. It has been a great pleasure for me to work with you all, and I will never forget about all the exciting, sometimes difficult & challenging, and rewarding moments that we spent together in business, along with the countless number of prosecco bottles we opened after work!!
Before coming to MEHITS, my top focus from MELCO-HQ since the Summer of 2015 was always “I want MEHITS members to be happy about joining MELCO Group, and I would like to act as a bridge to connect MEHITS to MELCO Group/World (which is not always a simple one as some of you well know…)” Arriving at MEHITS on 16 December 2018, firstly as Sales Planning & Business Development Manager and recently as Strategic Planning Manager, I have added to my previous focus a new one, which was “As a MEHITS member, how can I contribute to establishing better collaboration between MEHITS and other MELCO Group Companies?”. I am not sure how much I was able to achieve this, but I really enjoyed working with you all in enlarging business with MEU Sales Branches / MELCO Sales Companies. We proved together what MEHITS can do in pre-sales & after sales supports, and gained trust from our partners through our hard work regarding pricings, delivery lead times, product quality trouble shooting & improvements, new product developments, etc., etc. Partnership with MEPPI opened the door for us to enter the North American Data Centre market, which was one of the most dynamic projects I was able to participate during my stay in MEHITS. We are not done yet, and we can do many more things together.
From 16th of July, I will be based in Tokyo, MELCO-HQ, and be leading “MEHITS Business Strategy Support Group”. Yes!! As the name of the group explains, I will continue to work with you from Japan. My new focus on top of the previous ones will be “As a MEHITS member based in MELCO-HQ, I would like to be always connected with you, to be sensitive to your issues & difficulties, and always provide direct and/or indirect support in enlarging MEHITS business together. For this, things that I can do by myself are limited, and I will need your support and collaboration.
Thanks again for all your support, kindness, true respect, and friendship both during my professional and personal life in Bassano del Grappa. With beautiful MEHITS memories in my heart, and as the strongest supporter of MEHITS (at least I am believing myself so…), I will do my very best in my new mission. Please stay in touch, let’s work together always for the better MEHITS, and remember to catch up over bottles of prosecco each time we meet.
