Let’s get to know Matteo Bosoni, in his new role as Product Development Manager!

Hello Matteo, you’ve gone from after-sales to design, what effect does this “time travel” have?
You said it right: “time travel”. When I joined the company, more than 15 years ago, I started in the technical / R&D area where I learned to deal with air conditioner projects. Subsequently, the company gave me more opportunities for growth in other areas, such as production and after-sales, but always related to the technical field. Even in everyday life I have always tried to carve out a share of activities of technical-practical value. This is the sap that keeps my curiosity alive and provides me with positive stimuli.
How much of what you learned in your previous role do you need now?
On the “how much” I answer “a lot”, and not only in the strictly technical field, but also “commercial”. One of my shortcomings, before the experience in After Sales, was not fully understanding the “point of view of the external customer” that is those who buy our products, rather than maintenance workers. I am convinced that at the design level a lot can be done to the benefit of the expected quality.
