On May 27, we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of students and faculty members from CIMBA—an international academic institution based in Paderno del Grappa—to our headquarters in Bassano del Grappa.

CIMBA (Consortium Institute of Management and Business Analysis) is a leading institution for management education, founded through a partnership with U.S. universities and attended each year by students from around the world. The campus, nestled in the Veneto region, serves as a true bridge between international culture and the local business community.

The visit was an important opportunity for the academic world and the professional world to come together. During the day, the students were able to get an up-close look at our organization, tour the company facilities, and gain a deeper understanding of how our operations work, getting right into the heart of the processes that define our daily work.

Particularly appreciated was the opportunity for direct interaction with our colleagues, who shared their experiences, expertise, and perspectives, offering a concrete glimpse into how Italian companies operate in an international context.

For the students, this was a significant milestone in their educational journey: seeing real-world applications of what they’ve learned in the classroom is, in fact, one of the most effective ways to consolidate their skills and make the academic experience even more concrete and stimulating.

We are proud to have contributed to this moment of growth and thank CIMBA for the visit and the fruitful exchange. Initiatives like this strengthen the link between business and education, creating value for the next generation and for the local community.
