Convivium goes beyond the traditional career day format and aims to create direct dialogue between companies and talent, helping to bridge the gap between the supply and demand of technical skills. About 70 companies and 2,500 participants, including students and professionals, attended the Padua edition.

For us, it was an important opportunity to present our reality, connect with many young people and professionals, and reinforce the value of direct interaction ✨ The participation is also part of a broader collaboration with Ingegneria Italia, with whom we are developing video content, extending this dialogue beyond the event itself.
