It has now been two years since the launch of the “HR Needs You” initiative, which, to our delight, has been a great success and has seen steadily growing participation.

Now is the time to refresh our approach, bringing in new ideas, proposals, and projects that can engage us even more, while building on the positive progress we’ve made so far.

To continue growing, your feedback is not only useful but essential. Help us keep existing activities going and/or identify new ones to include in the “HR Needs You” project!

The format remains the same: teams made up of you who can work alongside us in HR, so that these activities can increasingly become a stimulating opportunity for sharing and discussion for you and our colleagues throughout our company’s journey.

To be more effective, we will establish a specific schedule and priorities for action.
