There are journeys that shine with a special light, made up of quiet courage and new balances. The return of Giulia Degan, Sales Engineer at our Bassano del Grappa plant, is one of them. Back after an intense and wonderful period marked by the birth of two girls who join her firstborn son, she brings with her a story that speaks of life, growth, and transformation.
Facing such a big change requires determination, but also the peace of mind that comes from knowing you are not alone. Giulia was able to count on an encouraging environment, made up of supportive and collaborative colleagues, ready to facilitate her return and accompany her in the new balance that this phase brings with it.
She recounts it with her ironic smile and boundless energy:
“Returning to work after becoming a mother of three children all at once? Let’s just say that my priority management has reached Olympic levels. And I must admit that meetings have a whole new appeal today — especially when the coffee stays really hot.”
