In a production environment where female representation is still limited, the appointment of Chiara Pizzulo as Team Leader at the Valle Salimbene plant represents an important step towards a more inclusive culture. Since November 3, 2025, Chiara has been coordinating the production line, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety, and promoting collaboration between the various departments.

Her career path has been varied: after graduating with a technical diploma, she worked in a laboratory, in administration, and finally in production, before joining MEHITS in 2024. This cross-disciplinary experience has allowed her to develop skills that she now puts to good use in the team.

“I believe that diversity is an asset: when women have a place in production, they bring new ideas and an approach that enriches everyone. Equality is not just a goal, it is the engine of innovation,” says Chiara.
