“I had the pleasure of participating in several initiatives organized by MEHITS, and I can say with conviction that they were very positive experiences. I took part in two of the three AperiMehits and had a lot of fun: they were lighthearted and enjoyable moments, perfect for meeting new colleagues and creating a harmonious atmosphere outside of the work context.
I also actively participated in the Summer Party, which I enjoyed very much. The relaxed and convivial atmosphere encouraged new acquaintances and strengthened relationships with colleagues from other departments.
I also took part in Welcome On Board, which was a great opportunity to get to know the management team and meet other newcomers like myself. It was an important moment for sharing MEHITS’ values and feeling part of a company that truly puts people first.
I am also looking forward to participating in the winter party, which will be another great opportunity to meet colleagues from other plants and continue to build relationships that make work even more meaningful.
It is very important to me that a large company like Mitsubishi takes well-being and team building so seriously, even outside the company.”
